A prominent personal injury attorney was adding a storefront office location to a new space in the south loop of Chicago. Aptus helped design the space to house the attorneys, paralegals and assistants in a modern, friendly atmosphere. Significant design elements included a textured wall at the entry that extended into one of the main meeting rooms, a central gathering hub for internal staff meetings with rolling doors, a bright and lively break area, and a wall decorated with “2”s – a deliberate reference to the firms signature telephone number.
The renovations of the +/- 4,800 sf office space include new attorney offices, open workspaces, workrooms, reception/lobby area, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, IT/mechanical room and various other improvements.
