LV Asset Holdings, Limited hired Aptus to design a new prototypical carwash for the valley. Designing the carwash around the most convenient and efficient logistics – while keeping the design consistent and replicable for numerous future locations has been particularly interesting as we design 2 of 5 carwashes that are in the construction documents phase. The carwash shown here is be located on a 1.5 acre site at 12710 East Desert Inn Road in Clark County, Nevada.
