Working with Howard Pacific Construction, Aptus designed a new 32,500 sf, four-story apartment building in Long Beach, California. The ground floor will includes an entrance lobby and a mechanized parking system for 34 parking spaces. Floors two through four feature 27 one-bedroom residential units.
