Fairway Chevrolet & GMC was in need of design and construction services for additions and renovations to their 17-acre car dealership in Las Vegas. The project involved demolition of four existing structures along with an addition to the GMC Showroom, an addition to the existing Service Building, and construction of a new 64,000 sf Chevrolet Showroom. Due to the fact that the dealership needed minimal disruption during construction, extensive coordination with the contractor, owner and the local entities involved was required to ensure the implementation of a detailed site phasing plan.
