The Illinois Math & Science Academy was in need of a refresh and remodel of their existing cafeteria space to allow for updated aesthetics, and increased functionality for students and faculty.
As IMSA’s on-call architect, Aptus is providing design services for the design of the new 9,000 sf campus commons and cafeteria. The new space provides student collaboration areas, separate student and faculty dining areas, a meeting/presentation space, food services, and upgraded technology systems.
We are transforming a plain, outdated cafeteria into a collaborative and relaxing environment for students and faculty to enjoy their lunch and break periods and bolster their academic pursuits.
