Working with one of our longtime clients, Aptus was asked to design a 46,500 sf two story, Class A office building as part of a larger campus which includes a retail component previously designed by Aptus as well. The exterior of the building will be a mixture of honed and smooth face block, along with ACM metal panels in accent areas. The site will include landscape and employee lounge seating areas. .
