Royale at Casino Center is a mixed-use project that contains 18,000 sf of commercial space, a 157 room hotel, and 162 rental apartments. All the apartments and hotel guest rooms will be constructed using a proprietary, pre-fabricated method and placed on site, where they will be lifted into place and the utilities connected. The project will also have a 320-car automated parking structure. The goal for the project is to obtain LEED-Platinum certification. This will be done by the use of renewable energies such geothermal and photovoltaics, as well as, taking advantage of the urban amenities in its downtown Las Vegas site.
