Aptus is providing exterior improvements to the Campus Services Building. This prefabricated building is located in a sea of parking just west of the Thomas & Mack Center. The exterior improvements will be executed in multiple phases to enable the building to remain occupied and functional during the renovation process.
The goal of the design is to enliven the otherwise drab, ordinary, building and make it feel unique and more connected to campus. This will be achieved by accentuating the entrances, adding landscaping, paint, and building screening.
