The University of Nevada, Las Vegas was in need a master plan for the Paradise Campus, a Division of Educational Outreach. The goal of the project was to establish a long range plan for this new education outreach campus.
Working with UNLV, we established a written program and a long range plan for this new education outreach campus. The study assessed the existing 1956 Paradise Elementary School for possible reuse. Established a written program to guide the type and location of future buildings and exterior uses. The 20 year master plan will provide a walkable, desert friendly, campus with new and remodeled structures that will enhance learning and provide additional programs for the community.
In addition, Aptus design the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) building that promotes continued education for those semi- or fully retired individuals looking to enhance their understanding of the world.
