Fleet Maintenance Facility

The City of Henderson hired Aptus to design and build a new fleet maintenance facility for the expanding collection of vehicles driven by the various City Departments. Teaming with Las Vegas-based Boyd Martin Construction, in a design-build relationship, Aptus designed and arranged the vehicle service bays, workshops, related office spaces and on-site parking, to provide Henderson with a facility that will support their departments’ vehicle maintenance needs into the future. Keeping the layout efficient and the material choices modest, the team provided a new building to the City of Henderson on-time and under budget.
