Offsite Office for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a luxury resort situated at the heart of The Strip, leased a 35,000-sf building to house their operations departments and the Resort Services call center. Because this facility has nine different departments that need to work together at varying levels of interaction, the owner desired a flexible tenant improvement with a space that encouraged collaboration and avoided a stereotypical open office environment. Through a series of workshops, Aptus and The Cosmopolitan team identified precedence, program elements, goals, needs, functional adjacencies, imagery, etc. Aptus designed a space that not only exceeded the client goals, but also one that is as unique as the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
