The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
As a long-time client of Aptus, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) contracted Aptus for several of their distinctive retail stores and kiosks throughout the Las Vegas and Southern California markets. The projects involved anything from a mall kiosk, to complete renovations of former restaurants and coffee shops. Ensuring smooth traffic flow through the purchasing experience, while increasing visibility of the brand to passersby across multiple locations were key for both remodels and new builds.
One project highlights the inclusion of two of our clients – Jamba Juice and CBTL – into a single, 4,000-sf space originally built as a McDonalds in the ‘90s that had been vacant for several years. The desire was to utilize as much of the existing building as possible while changing the layout to house three different tenants.
