UNLV Campus Services Building

Aptus is providing exterior improvements to the Campus Services Building (CSB) located on the parking lot west of Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus. The aim of the enhancements to this prefabricated building are threefold: revive and modernize the look of the building, create a feeling of connection to the campus, and add much needed accessibility improvements. By making the entrances more pronounced and adding landscaping, paint and building screening, the boxy pre-fab softens and becomes welcoming. Along with other campus landscaping improvements underway, the CSB’s improvements will create visual continuity from the west to east sides of campus. Under construction now, completion is expected by 2024.
