A lemon drop martini (or two!)…I am a snob, so don’t make them clear.

Earliest architectural memory

I had a drafting class in high school, and the teacher wanted us to draw an “elevation” of our house. And I almost gave up because I didn’t know what that was! Thanks to my mother, I didn’t give up.

I’m most inspired by

All the people who told me women didn’t belong in architecture. Don’t tell me I cannot do something. You just gave me a challenge, which I live for.

If I could time travel, I would go to

Ancient Egypt to see how the pyramids were really built, and how they transported the obelisks all the way from Aswan to Luxor.
